DNS Change - Update
Yesterday, Red River Software conducted maintenance on our login page which included a DNS change. Since then, several customers have reached out to let us know that they are experiencing difficulty logging in, even after completing a DNS flush.
After investigating further, we have discovered it is an issue with the DNS provider updating with local ISPs (Internet Service Providers).
Red River Support has escalated the issue with the DNS provider to try and resolve this quickly, but we have been told that it could take up to 24 hours. It is recommend that you periodically try logging in to Red River Software, as we have been told the issue will likely correct itself.
At this time, our team is on standby until we receive instructions from the DNS provider.
