At Red River Software, the well being of our customers and employees is always at the forefront of our minds. We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and making steps to ensure the safety of our team while still delivering the same standard of service you have come to expect from us. To that end, I would like to take this opportunity to share some of the steps we are taking to guarantee the health of our customers, employees, and communities.
Our staff is key to offering you best-in-class customer service. To ensure that service continues, we are supporting our team in taking measures for their well-being. This includes telling employees who feel sick to stay at home and encouraging social distancing between employees and others.
As some of you may be aware, many of our team members already work remotely in home offices around the United States. In order to maintain operations and minimize disruptions, our in-office staff will now also be working from home until further notice. Since Red River Software performs system configurations and training remote from customer sites, our internal systems are already setup to support this transition. We continue to work closely with your local petroleum service companies to coordinate any on-site installation or support work as required.
Additionally, Red River Software will be restricting corporate travel. This means our employees will not be attending industry events or trade shows for the next 60 days. We will miss seeing many of you in person during this trade show season, and look forward to meeting again soon. We feel this is a prudent step to maintaining smooth business operations that support your mission-critical solutions.
Red River Software is taking every precaution to ensure that we can continue to deliver services that you expect and rely upon.
